O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the notice of the first respondent viz., the Commissioner, Hosur Municipality in Ref.Na.Ka.No.3940/07/A3 dated 8.9.2009. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo for not pressing the Writ Petition and submitted that the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
