Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para No.7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.31453 of 2019 in Crime No.226 of 2019 (on the file of City Crime Branch EDF-II, Team-3, Vepery, Chennai-7) dated 17.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.SUBHASREE, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the concerned Magistrate daily twice, at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31453 of 2019 dated 17.12.2019.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31453 of 2019 dated 17.12.2019, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate on all hearing dates without fail.
