This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the criminal revision as against Judgment dated 13.03.2024 passed in M.C.No.2 of 2019 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Polur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 226 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
