ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.42198 of 2016, by order dated 01.12.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to regularization of his service from the date of initial appointment and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law

and also on the basis of G.O.(Ms).No.185, Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries (AH6) Department, dated 22.09.2015, within a period of eight weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
