ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.41654 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 05.03.2026. He also produced a copy of the order dated 05.03.2026 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.
