ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as per the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19350 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025, the first respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and passed a detailed Order on 04.08.2025 and rejected the representation of the petitioner stating that already patta was issued in favour of one Gunavathi, wife of the petitioner and reconveyance of alternative pathway

sought by the petitioner is not permissible. He further submitted that as against Order of the first respondent, the petitioner has already preferred a revision by the petitioner. A copy of the Order passed by the first respondent has been filed before this Court.

2. As per the direction of this Court, since the representation of the petitioner has already been closed, there is no contempt.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Advocate General, this Contempt Petition is closed.
