PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 31.08.2016, investigate the same and proceed with the same as per law in compliance with the direction dated 03.12.2016 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi in C.M.P.No.4379 of 2016. This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 31.08.2016.
