ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondents submit that, aggrieved by order in W.P. No.18375 of 2021 dated 17.10.2023, an appeal has been filed in W.P. No.822 of 2024 and a learned Division Bench of this court by order dated 11.03.2024 passed an interim order to maintain the status quo. In view of the said order passed by the learned Division Bench, the proceeding in the present contempt case cannot go on.
2.Hence, the contempt petition is closed for the present giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application to re-open the same in the event of his success in the Writ appeal.
