Respondent(s) PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India to call for all the records of culminated in proceedings of the Government Order in Reference G.O.(3D) No.102, Agriculture (Ve.Ne.6) Department dated 26.04.2011 on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently grant an order or direction directing the respondents to treat and hold the Compulsory Wait Period, that is, from 21.05.1993 to 12.02.1995 and the surrender period, and the Re-Posting orders waiting period, that is from 06.08.2002 to 27.12.2004 as On Duty Service Period, and to pay salary forthwith for the aforesaid three periods and to pay forthwith all the arrears of salary, leave salary, statutory dues, service pecuniary benefits, promotional and incremental benefits, other attendant benefits, retirement and terminal benefits,

pension and pensionary benefits.

Earlier, a specific direction was issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a translated copy of the documents in Tamil, with a condition that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the Writ Petition. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and also failed to file the translated copy of the documents in Tamil.

2. In the said circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
