Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the order of the 1st respondent dated 16.04.2002 in Ma.Va.Su.No.13/2002 and quash the same and direct the respondents 2 to 5 to register the educational qualification of the petitioners in the concerned Employment Exchanges without production of equivalent certificate.
