This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records of the above in C.C. No.3 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Thirukazhukundram and quash the same.

2. When the matter was called on earlier occasion ie. on 03.06.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to list on 13.07.2021. As there was no appearance on 13.07.2021 on the side of the petitioner, the case was directed to list on 02.08.2021. There was no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on the side of the petitioner on 02.08.2021, the case was directed to list on 03.08.2021 under the caption "for dismissal" ie. today. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
