This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from carrying on with commercial activities in the property without getting a proper license from the 1st respondent.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is the cousin brother and he is the joint owner of the property. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is carrying on with the business of running waste Zari (silk trade) in the premises without license from the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that, for the nature of business that is carried on by the 2nd respondent, no license is required from the 1st respondent under Section 249 of the District Municipalities Act.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
