This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take the necessary action to survey and demarcate the extent of land in Survey No.192/1/A4 of Padanthara
Revenue Village pertaining to Patta No.83 comprising about 080 cents pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2012 and the proceedings of the fourth respondent vide letter No.906/12 dated 12.06.2012.
2. This Writ Petition was listed "for admission" on 13.04.2016 and on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such, the matter was adjourned by next week. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission" and the said matter is pending for past five years without even ordering notice for admission. Again when the matter was listed "for admission" on 24.06.2021 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned by two weeks. Again when the matter was listed "for admission" on 09.07.2021 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned by two weeks. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the case and it shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition after 5 years.
