O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2024 and to cancel the patta that has been granted in favour of respondents 5 and 6.

2. Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, 2/4

there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2024 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and shall afford opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6, hear them and pass final orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
