O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the decree and judgment dated 12.07.2018 passed in O.A.No.505 of 2018 in C.S.No.332 of 2018 by this court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, if the petitioners give

their comments/version to them, they will publish the same within 10 days from 15.04.2019. He has also filed counter affidavit seeking unconditional apology.

3. Inview of the above, no further direction is required in this contempt petition. The petitioners are directed to give their comments/ versions on or before 15.04.2019 to the respondents. On receipt of such version, the respondents shall publish the petitioners' comments/version within 10 days from 15.04.2019. In the event of failure to publish the same, the petitioners are at liberty to file an application in this regard.

4. With the observations, this contempt petition is closed.
