J U D G M E N T

This second appeal has been filed against the order made in A.S.No.51 of 2003 dated 28.04.2005 on the file of the District Court, Tiruvannamalai, reversing the order made in O.S.No.415 of 2000 dated 16.06.2003 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant reported that no instructions from the appellant for the past several hearings and this Court repeatedly adjourned this matter for want of instruction from the appellant, even though the appellant has not instructed the counsel.
