Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to 1/4
issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the Fourth Respondent herein in proceedings No. A.G.(A&E)/ Legal Cell/WP633/2016/2021-22/1481 dated 02.02.2022 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to pass appropriate orders declaring that the petitioner was regularly appointed as Rural Welfare officer Grade II on notional basis in the year 1999 for all purposes and accordingly grant him all consequential retirement and pensionary benefits under Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1973 by holding that the said Rules is applicable to the petitioner in place of CPS Scheme and to refund the amount recovered from him under the CPS Scheme and disburse all benefits with interest on the delayed payment within a limited time frame.
