(Order of the court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) In CMP.Nos.5702 and 5707 of 2023, an order of status quo was granted by this Court on 14.03.2023. To vacate the said order, the third respondent filed CMP.No.22605 of 2023 in CMP.No.5707 of 2023 in WA.No.570 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the appellant in WA No. 570 of 2023 is not in service as on date.
