PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in DO:ED:RA:4255:2003, dated 24.11.2003, on the file of the Executive Director/Reviewing Authority, Indian Overseas Bank, Chennai/second respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to review the punishment imposed upon the petitioner and treat the period of suspension under gone by the petitioner from 13.09.1988 to 26.03.1997 as one spent on duty for all purposes.
