ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings of the fifth respondent dated 09.07.2014 made in P17/I/11712853/RTD/1415/Adk/228 and consequently, to direct the respondents to sanction pension and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner and to pay arrears from the date of relieving from service, together with interest. 2.

Ms.Raja Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that in view of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.39583 and 2015 and 26986 of 2011 dated 03.02.2026, the issue involved in the present writ petition is no longer res integra and stands settled. She further submitted that in the light of the said authoritative pronouncement, the claim made by the petitioner cannot be entertained. 3.

In view of the categorical judgment rendered by the Full Bench of this Court, this Court finds that the present writ petition is devoid of merits.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
