In order to avail the facilities of the IFST Deferral/Waiver Scheme, the companies were required to file their application on or before 04.09.2000, whereas, the petitioner herein has filed his application on 16.03.2001. Apparently, the application is time barred and therefore, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order of rejection. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
