Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.8484/2020 in Crl.OP.No.15789/2020 order dated 21.12.2020 in Cr.No.3506/2020 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SUDHARSANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.

KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8484 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15789 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.8484 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15789 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
