Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.6490/L.1/2010 dated 30.03.2010 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2293/A2/2009 dated 19.06.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner to Jothipuram as per the order issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.145, School Education Department, dated 15.04.2009 and confer all the consequential benefits. This petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.6490/L.1/2010 dated 30.03.2010 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2293/A2/2009 dated 19.06.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner to Jothipuram as per the order issued by the Government in
G.O.Ms.No.145, School Education Department, dated 15.04.2009 and confer all the consequential benefits.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ petitioner has challenged the impugned order of transfer for the Academic year 2010-2011. Since there is a change in the Government Policy for transfer and also subsequently various Government school teachers have been transferred from one school to another and no interim order has been granted at the time of Admission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly prays for appropriate orders.
3.This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous, accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
