ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the respondents 6 to 14 for excommunicating the petitioner from the village.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that as the dispute is between the petitioner's family and others, the petitioner's family has been excommunicated by the village people. The petitioner made various representations to the authority, but no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a letter stating that a settlement has been arrived between the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 14 and they have resolved the dispute between themselves and now the petitioner is going to his village and participated in the day to day affairs.

4. Since the dispute is between the petitioner and the respondents has been settled, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
