Nursing Course on merit in Vidyakirana Institute of Nursing Sciences (VINS) at No.7, 7th Cross, Venkateshwara Layout, (Near B K Circle) 8th phase, I.P.Nagar, Bangalore 560 076 in 2017 - 18 batch by admission confirmation letter dated 24.10.2017 issued by the Principal, Vidyakirana Institute of Nursing Sciences within a specified period fixed by the Hon'ble Court.

PRAYER in WP No.7107/2018 : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider representation for the educational loan of a sum of Rs.2,32,200/- to petitioner's son Dharmadurai V, passed plus two and joined CE (Civil Engineering) on merit in IEFT College of Engineering, IFET Nagar, Gangarampalayam, Valavanur, Villupuram District 605 108 in 2017 - 18 batch by allotment order dated 06.08.2017 issued by the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions, Anna University, Chennai within a within a specified period fixed by the Hon'ble Court.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners for the educational loan of a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- and Rs.2,32,200/- respectively.

2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that now the petitioners are undergoing the final year of graduation.

3. In view of the fact that though these Writ Petitions are filed in the year 2018, no steps have been taken by the petitioners and they are managing to pay the fee all these years. Therefore, this Court is of the view that now at the fag-end of their graduation, no order is required and if at all any assistance is required to the petitioners by way of a loan, they are at liberty to make a fresh representation.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed. No costs.
