ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the respective parties, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the Zonal Officer, Corporation of Chennai, Zone-7, Ambattur, Chennai-53 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14th March, 2017 at page No.21 of the typed set of papers, after giving the petitioner and respondent No.4 an opportunity of hearing and to take a decision in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of communication of this order.
