This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to attend oral test that is being scheduled to be held on 25.01.2019.

O R D E R

Mr.V.T.Gopalan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission made a submission that in the ensuing interview, the case of the petitioner would be considered afresh and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the interview and no inference will be drawn in respect of the allegations raised by both parties.

2. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
