2. Heard, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the main writ petition in WP.No.31305 of 2005 itself was disposed of on 30.07.2012.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, the sub application in Sub.Appl.No.122 of 2012 is also closed.
