Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in Va.No.27 Mu.Sa.Sec.47A(1) dated 05.08.2009 and of the second respondent in Mu.Pa.No.692/09-10 (VPM) dated 28.08.2009 and quash the same and thereby direct the respondents to release the document dated 20.04.2007 bearing document No.3657 of 2009 dated 04.08.2009 to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that since the petitioner has paid the deficit stamp duty by participating Samadhan scheme, the documents were registered and released by accepting the payment of deficit stamp duty and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed. No costs.
