ORDER

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay interest for the belated payment of DCR Gratuity of Rs.282255/- at 12% per annum of retirement on 30.06.2006 till its final settlement.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petitioner, the settlement has been made, but no interest has been paid for belated settlement.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that settlements were paid as per G.O.Ms.No.53 dated 07.02.2007 with 8% interest per annum and the payment was made on 20.12.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this present petition.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
