CMP.No.2989 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 365 days in filing in setting aside the abatement in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.CMP.No.2994 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement in the above Civil Revision Petition No.772 of 2016. 3.CMP.No.2996 of 2021 has been filed to bring the proposed petitioner as petitioners 2 to 6 in the civil revision petition and in the stay petition.

4.CMP.No.2879 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 365 days in filing in setting aside the abatement in the above second appeal. 5.CMP.No.2880 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement in the above second appeal.

6.CMP.No.2882 of 2021 has been filed to bring the proposed petitioners as appellants 2 to 6 in the second appeal and as petitioners 2 to 6 in the above injunction petition and stay petition. 7.CMP.No.8885 of 2023 has been filed to fix a date for the final hearing of S.A.No.549 of 2010.

8.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

9.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for. 10.Ms.B.N.Sivagama Sundari, learned counsel represents that she has filed change of vakalath.
