Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until filling charge sheet in connection with Crl.MP.14102 of 2021 in Crl.OP.16051 of 2021 Order dated 03.01.2022 on the file of the Station Head Officer, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore and Cuddalore District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.MAHADEAVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14102 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16051 of 2021, dated 03.01.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.
