Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue adequate police protection for construction of compound wall in the edge of the two feet vacant place existing on East and south side of the house bearing Old Door No.2/830 and New Door No.2/616, Bettathapuram, Bilichi Village, Karamadai Post, Perianaickenpalayam Taluk, Coimbatore -19 which belongs to the petitioner based on the representation dated 23.10.2012 made by the petitioner within a period stipulated by this Court.

On 16.11.2018 the learned counsel for the respondents had stated that compromise talks between the parties are in progress to settle the matter and therefore he sought adjounment for two weeks.
