When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the issue involved herein had already been decided by the Special Court constituted under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act cases, Coimbatore and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
