PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his letter No.R.C.B1 3773/2008 dated 27.08.2008 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner property in Survey No.411/1, 411/2, 411/3, 411/4, Mangalam village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District situated within the sub registration district of Kaveripakkam registration district of Arakonam to an extent of 3.55.5 3.68 Acres and direct the fourth respondent to register the sale deeds relating to Survey Nos.411/1, 411/2, 411/3, 411/4 mangalam village, Arakonam Taluk, Vellore District situated within the sub registration district of Kaveripakkam registration district of Arakonam to an extent of 3.55.5 and 3.68 acres respectively. O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the 4th respondent registered the sale deeds relating to Survey Nos.411/1, 411/2, 411/3, 411/4, Mangalam village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition, is closed.
