ORDER

(1) This petition has been filed seeking to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to the 1st respondent herein. (2) Even before examining the facts necessitating filing of such a petition, I am informed that subsequently on filing of the Final Report C.C.No.44/2020 is now pending on the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur.

(3) Bail or Anticipatory Bail would be now under the purview of the learned Magistrate who is conducting trial. The present petition, therefore, need not be kept pending on the board of this Court.

(4) Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, I am informed that a learned Single Judge of this Court had given a time schedule for disposal of C.C.No.44/2020. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, may keep that in mind while scheduling the manner in which he proposes to conduct the trial in C.C.No.44/2020.
