(CRIME NO.1148/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.24201 of 2021 in Cr.No.1148 of 2021 on 20.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.NAREN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24201 of 2021, dated 20.12.2021.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner met with an accident on 27.01.2022 and due to the same, he has not complied with the condition imposed by this court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the first petitioner is in coma stage and the second petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Accordingly, in view of the above said facts, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
