ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition and he has made an endorsement as below in the case bundle :
" The petitioner got relief from the respondent and requested to withdraw the same.
Hence, the counsel may permit to withdraw the writ petition and obliged."
