No.751 of 1985 on the file of District Munsif Court, Poonamallee.

JUDGMENT

(Heard Video Conference) This Court by its earlier order dated 26.04.2021 directed the appellants to take steps to serve notice on the respondents 1 and 2 and also made it clear that if steps are not taken to serve notice on the respondents 1 and 2 before the next hearing, the Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non prosecution.

2. Till date, the appellant has not taken steps to serve notice on the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Since, the appellant has not complied with the earlier directions given by this Court on 26.04.2021, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
