O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue individual patta in the name of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021 within a stipulated time.

2.The case of the petitioner is that on 16.02.2021, the petitioner's mother executed a registered settlement deed for the property measuring an extent of Punjai Acre 3.60, comprised in survey No.29/1A1, bearing patta no.490 situated at Kanjampatti Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore in favour of the petitioner and on 05.08.2021, the petitioner's mother executed a rectification deed to rectify a correction in the details of the property. Thereafter the petitioner obtained patta no.1084 in his name, however, the names of Kittathal and Arukani were also included mistakenly. Hence the petitioner made petition/ representation dated 24.11.2021 to the respondents 2 to 4 to remove the names of Kittathal and Arukani and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
