This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the entire records, leading to the issue of proceedings bearing No.Nil dated 08.04.2010 on the file of the 1st respondent, bringing the petitioner's property house and land measuring 3 cents out of 1.34 Acres in R.S.No.95 Koodur Village, Keezh Koothangudi Taluk, Tiruvarur Taluk, Tiruvarur District to public auction on 25.05.2010 and quash the same.

2. On 08.02.2019, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Writ Petition was posted next week i.e. on 15.02.2019. When the Writ Petition was listed on 15.02.2019, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 22.02.2019. Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 22.02.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
