2. Application in A.No.504 of 2024 has been filed to allow the applicant to implead the proposed respondent No.2 as a party to the Original Application in O.A.No.134 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm.Div)No.38 of 2023.

3. Application in A.No.1023 of 2024 has been filed to allow the applicant/plaintiff to carry out the amendments set out in the Schedule to Judges Summons in the plaint in C.S.(Comm.Div)No.38 of 2023.

4. Application in A.No.1024 of 2024 has been filed to allow the applicant/plaintiff to carry out amendments set out in the schedule to Judges Summons in the plaint in O.A.No.133 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm.Div)No.38 of 2023.

5. Application in A.No.1026 of 2024 has been filed to allow the 1/3

applicant/plaintiff to carry out amendments set out in the schedule to Judges Summons in the plaint in O.A.No.134 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm.Div)No.38 of 2023.

6. Already Application in A.No.3795 of 2023 has been filed to implead the second respondent as a party defendant in the suit and the same has been allowed vide order of this Court dated 24.11.2023. Since the second respondent has already been impleaded as party to the suit, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the second respondent is added as a party in the applications.

7. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, all the applications are allowed.

8. The plaintiffs' counsel is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the plaint and file the amended copy of the same.

9. List the matter on 03.06.2024.
