Mr.Dinesh Rajkumar COMMON ORDER (1) In both the revision petitions, parties are the same. The tenant is the revision petitioner.

(2) It is informed by Mr.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned counsel for the respondent/landlord that the tenant had vacated the petition premises and handed over vacant possession. It is his claim that nothing further survives in the revision petitions.

(3) The presence of Mr.M.Mariappan, learned counsel for the revision petitioner is also acknowledged.

(4) Both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. (5) It is also informed that the original documents have been filed in

RCOP.No.2346/2013, which was pending on the file of the learned Judge, X Small Causes Court, Chennai, pursuant to which, CRP [NPD] No.397/2019 has been filed.

(6) Learned counsel placed a request that the original documents may be returned.

(7) Such request can be placed before the concerned learned Judge, viz., learned Judge, X Small Causes Court, at Chennai and on substitution of copies of documents I am confident that the Rent Controller would accede to the return of the originals after following due procedure.
