Common Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in I.D.No.156/2000, 155/2000 and 157/2000, respectively and quash the award dated 01.06.2006.

Considering that the repeated notices that were sent to the Workmen have been returned on the ground that the address is "insufficient" and that no such person was found in the address, this Court had earlier ordered substituted service in one issue of "Makkal Kural" for the hearing on 21.11.2024.

would submit that in spite of best efforts, he could not get any instructions from the management and the management has not contacted him so as he effect the publication by way of substituted service.
3. In view thereof, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
