O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents is present.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records placed on record.

3. The petitioner herein has involved in three cases i.e., (i) crime No.765 of 2001 for the offences under Sections 385, 427, 307,506(ii) of IPC. (ii) Crime No. 509 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 341, 336, 307, 506(ii) of IPC. (iii) Crime No. 490 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323, 384, 506(ii), which clearly shows that the petitioner is a habitual offender.

4. Since the petitioner has violated the conditions of the bond, the first respondent has passed the order dated 08.06.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.24/Nir.Se.Nadu.Ka.Thu/Myla.Ma.Va/2018 and remanded the petitioner/accused into judicial custody. This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order impugned in this revision, since peace and tranquility of the public has to be safeguarded. There is no merit and substance in the revision and therefore the same is hereby dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
