PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue appropriate directions to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, to dispose of the appeal in CMA.No.7 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the appeal in CMA.No.7 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the appeal in CMA.No.7 of 2018 has been adjourned on various dates.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, to dispose of the appeal in CMA.No.7 of 2018, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
