ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 28.12.2018 in Memo No.C3/D.O.No.117/2018, detaining his son as "Goonda", as contemplated under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.545 Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 14.02.2019 and he has also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
