O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the Award which is sought to be implemented in the present writ petition dated 10.07.2008 in I.D.No.121 of 2005 was already quashed by this Court in another writ petition filed by the Management. However, in respect of the observations made in that order, the same shall be followed in all respects in the present writ petition. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
