Since the visitation has already been determined by my learned predecessor as between 05.30 pm to 07.30 pm on every Saturday and Sunday, on alternate Saturdays, the grand parents of the child / parents of the petitioner are also permitted to accompany the petitioner to have an interaction with their own grand child. The child should have interaction with every possible relative and that cannot be denied by anybody. This arrangement shall continue. 2.It is stated that on the side of the respondent, the evidence has been closed. Therefore, the respondent should take necessary efforts to file an application to reopen the evidence and file her counter in the main Original Petition and endeavour to give quietus to the main issues in the Original Petition. Till that time, this arrangement shall continue. 3.List the matter whenever such application is filed by the respondent to reopen evidence.
