The Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2015 and direct the 2nd respondent to release the Transfer Certificate, +2 Mark Sheet, 10th Mark Sheet to enable the student to continue his higher studies.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent produced the 10th Mark Sheet, +2 Mark Sheet, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate as well as the Provisional Certificate of the petitioner's son and the same have been handed over to the petitioner in public court which have been received by him. The party-in-person/petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
